We are committed to making shopping fuss-free and enjoyable experience for you. Kindly read through the following terms and conditions prior to making your purchase. By shopping with us, you are deemed to have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to the terms as stated below. In the event of any dispute, Olio Folio Enterprise reserves the right of final decision.

PURCHASE AND DELIVERY

• Please ensure that the correct item in the correct colors/sizes has been selected before proceeding to check out. Olio Folio will not be able to amend your orders once they have been confirmed.

• Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated. Orders with incomplete/incorrect address may result in lost or delayed mailed. Olio Folio will not be responsible for any lost/ delayed parcel in such cases.

• If you have a discount code, please ensure to input the code before checking out for discount to be valid. No refunds will be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at point of purchase.

• Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).

• For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. In the case if tax not paid within the stipulated period , goods will be forfeited and destroyed by customs department which is not under our control.

• Orders will be shipped out within 1-5 working days upon payment verification. Please ensure all required information are submitted during the payment process to avoid possible delays during shipping.

• Orders are mailed on weekdays. Weekends and Public Holidays are excluded.

HOW LONG DOES IT NORMALLY TAKES TO SHIP OUT ITEMS AFTER PAYMENT IS DONE?

Olio Folio will process your order within 24 hours and will ship within the next 24 hours for all ready-stock.

Preorders are estimated to arrive within 2-3 weeks.
Item will be delivered to your doorstep the next 1- 5 days (Pos Laju/ J&T/Gedex) / 5 - 18 working days (International) depending on the location. Arrangements for Grab/ Lalamove deliveries available within WM upon instructions.

*Please note the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.

DELIVERY CHARGES

West Malaysia Postage is at at flat fee of RM 8 

East Malaysia Postage is at a flat fee of RM 15

International Postage: All shipping charges will be calculated automatically when your check out based on total payment amount.

BOUNCED PARCELS

• Customers will be contacted via email should we receive any bounced parcels bearing their name.

• Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. Olio Folio will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.

• Olio Folio reserves the right to deny any request to combine the bounced back parcels with any new orders.

• Any unclaimed bounced back parcels after 30 days grace period will be forfeited.

PREORDERS

​Pre-order items are estimated to reach Malaysia in 2 - 3 weeks

• We apologize that there may be delayed or cancelled backorders due to unforeseen circumstances. For delayed backorders, cancellations of orders are not applicable. For  cancelled backorders, a rebate voucher will be issued accordingly. There will strictly not be any cash refunds. Do join pre-orders only if you are alright with this.

• We seek your understanding that sometimes certain products (ready stock and pre-order items) may be out of stock even if they are indicated as available in our webpage. This is because we have multiple sales channels (Facebook and Instagram) and stock inventory is updated manually. This could be due to technical issue or human input error/delay or any other reasons. Hence, sometimes you might find the product you have paid for is out of stock and in this case we will refund you accordingly, without any additional compensation.

• Slight colour discrepancy for the backorder items and instock items may be present.

• Orders are shipped out according by order numbers, no combination of orders are allowed.

• We will ship all items together in a single parcel if your items consist both ready-stock and pre-order items.

PAYMENT INFO

• We accept Internet Banking, ATM transfers from all local malaysian banks and Paypal payments (local and international orders.) 

• For payments via Internet Banking and ATM transfers, all orders will automatically be cancelled if payment is not received and updated within this stipulated time frame. In the event where a customer has transferred for the invoice past the 24 hours time frame (with no advance notice) and the order has been cancelled, no refunds will be made if the item is no longer in stock. A rebate voucher will be issued instead.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

• Please email shopoliofolio@gmail.com with the subject title: REQUEST FOR RETURNS - stating your order number, return item and reason for the return to check if your item is valid for return. In case of item defects, email must include order no and snapshots of the area of defect clearly. You are required to seek for our confirmation prior to returning your order. Returns & Exchanges requests must be made within 5 days upon the dispatch of your item. We will assess your return inquiry and get back to you. We reserve the rights to reject any Returns/Exchanges after the 5 days grace period.​

• You are required to seek for our confirmation prior to returning your order.

• Orders made during promotional period or with promotional codes, store credits, sale items, accessories, bags and shoes, are not allowed for returns.

• All returns must be mailed back via traceable mode of posting (registered post/ courier) and must reach us within 5 days for local orders or 12 days for international orders, from the date of dispatch of your item.  We are not be liable for the lost returns that are not mailed back via a trackable source. The return will not be valid if we do not receive your parcel.

• All returns must be sent back with the filled Return Form print out  and a copy of your invoice slip.

• We reserve the rights to reject any returns with no Return Form / invoice slip enclosed, no confirmation of returns or does not meet the returns requirement.

• Customers will be required to mail the defected piece out to us within 5 working days. In the event whereby the defected item is out of stock, a rebate voucher will be issued. The rebate voucher refund will only be done if the item is being returned back to us.

• All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact should it come with it. Items which do not fulfill these criteria will be rejected duly.

• Measurements stated may vary 0.5"-0.8" as items are mass produced. Do take note that uk/us sizing can only serve as a rough gauge and cannot be taken as a comprehensive guide. 

• Colors shown may deviate slightly on different screens as different tech devices have different colour resolutions. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences to the human eye (and under different lighting). In the cases above, no refunds/exchanges will be made.

• For items with light colored base, there may be slight small black dots which are not obvious. As this does not change the overall appearance of the item, it will not be considered a defect.

• Minor defects that do not affect how the products look or function when used are not considered defects, and no return/refund will be entertained in this case.

• Do not bleach or soak your new clothes or wash them together with clothes of lighter colours to avoid any colour transfer - we will not be held responsible if this happens.

REBATE VOUCHER

• Rebate Voucher issued can only be utilized by the account holder unless otherwise stated. They are non-transferrable and cannot be extended past its expiry - 30 days.

• The rebate voucher are to be utilised in a single transaction only (fully utilised in one order) and any balance amount that is not utilised will not be refunded back to in cash.
