Upon collection the customer is obliged to try on the garment and immediately inspect it thoroughly for any defects. We cannot accept responsiblity for any further or remedial alterations connnected to the original work more than 5 days after collection and final settlement. Only a one time re-alteration work is allowed per item.
Alterations are normally completed within 4 - 7 working days unless otherwise stated. Delivery takes another 1-3 days within Malaysia. Express charges of additional 30% may apply for urgent alterations.
Customer will be charged accordingly for the cost of any addtional material, accessories or special alteration services on top of the workmanship.
