  • 1. Is it safe to shop online?
    Olio Folio Enterprise keeps your information discreet. The payment gateway we use is Stripe which is a reputable company with enough security and consumer protection in place to keep you relatively safe online. Also the courier service we use which is J&T and Pos Laju which guarantees that your parcel been delivered to your doorstep.
  • 2. Should I register?
    We advice you to register with us before making a purchase to ensure that your mailing address is correct and you can trace back your purchase. So how do I register? Click on the left bar of the page and fill out your email address and preferred password. You will also have an option to sign up for our mailing list, which includes sale notifications, new arrival updates and discount coupons! What happens if I forget my password? Just click on forgot password and we will email your password to your registered email address.
  • 3. Is my order successful?
    All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes of purchase. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check your order summary in "My Account" (if you have an account) or your email junk folder. Alternatively , you may email us at shopoliofolio@gmail.com to check.
  • 4. What is a Pre-order?
    Preorders - What is a Preorder? A preorder is to give another chance for customers to purchase hot favourites designs which are previously soldout or exclusive. We will open preorders for a limited quantity only, so do place your orders early to confirm your slot. How do i purchase a Preorder item? It's exactly the same as purchasing an in-stock item. The only difference is that you will receive the purchased items by a later date approximately within 2-3 weeks. How do I track the status of my Preorders? We will update you the status of your order upon request by you through email. Please only purchase when you can wait, as sometimes we are not able to control any external factors on the shipment delayed, and a full rebate refund will be made if our shipment is insufficient as per your order. Full refund will only be in the form of store credits. - check store policy What happens when I purchase a Preorder along with an in-stock item? If you have purchase a preorder item along with an in-stock item(s), we will deliver the items together in one parcel unless we have been notified otherwise. Separate deliveries will incur extra shipping charges which is to be borne by the customer.
  • 5. Can I purchase an item that is already out of stock?
    Usually, we will release extras from Preorders once all the Pre-orders have arrived and despatched out .However, we generally do not provide restocks as it would depend on various factors such as the availability of fabric, the demand for the item and the current on-going trends.
  • 6. Can I cancel or amend an order?
    Due to security reasons our customer service are unable to make any amendments or cancellations after you have confirmed your order. This is because our warehouse moves really fast in order to ship your parcels as soon as they are confirmed. Our Customer service team are not able to catch up with that and hence, unable to amend or cancel any of your orders.
  • How do I redeem my Perks Points?
    Check on your account and accumulated points and click Redeem. You will be given a personalized code to redeem upon cart fulfilment. You can check your registered email for notifications.
