Through purchasing our merchandises and services would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.In the event of any dispute, Olio Folio Enterprise reserves the right of final decision.

PLACING AN ORDER

Browse through our store and click [ Add to Cart ] button for the item you would like to purchase.
The menu on the top right would display the number of items in your shopping bag. You can click on [ shopping bag ] at the top right to make changes to your bag content.

Placing an order

PM / DM us on our facebook page or instagram with the picture reference of your interested item. We will get back to you on the availability and details as soon as possible.

CHECKING OUT

Checking out

You need to sign up for an account with us in order to purchase our goods.
Being a member allows you to track current and past orders, receive order confirmation and delivery notification emails

Step1: Click on [ checkout ] once you are ready to make the purchase. You will be prompted to login to or sign up for the member account.
Step2: Upon logging in or signing up, you'll be prompted to select/add your billing and shipping information.
Step3: Choose which shipping method you would like to use for delivery.
Step4: Choose your payment method. We accept payment by Internet Banking/ATM and Credit Card payment using Paypal. For orders on whatsapp/ wechat/ facebook/ instagram - we accept online bank transfers or atm cash transfers.
Step5:To complete your order, simply confirm by reviewing the order total and click on the "SUBMIT ORDER" button. Upon completion, you will be given an order number and you will receive an email confirmation of your order details. (Please check your spam mail folder and contact us if you do not receive your order confirmation email immediately)

Payment must be made and notified to us within 24 hours after the issue of order invoice. Orders will be automatically cancelled without prior notice if payment is not received within the stipulated time frame given. Repeated dead buyers will be blacklisted.

A verification email will be sent to you within 24 working hours upon submitting your payment information. 

Please check your junk mail folder and contact us through the contact form if you have not receive the order process invoice.

CURRENCY

Currency

Upon payment, you will be charged in the selected currency. If your payment card is registered with a different currency to the one you are purchasing in, your bank will convert the price using their exchange rate.

DELIVERY

  • Olio Folio is unable to amend orders nor combine orders which were separately made after it is placed. Please double check your order details before confirming the order.

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 5 working days upon verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays (Malaysia). 

  • Please take note that if you have purchased a PREORDER item alongside a ready stock item, we will ship together if order consist of ready-stock and pre-order items. Same applies for international orders.
    We will only post out ready-stock items separately upon request and the PREORDER item will be sent on a separate parcel with additional shipping fee borne by customer only upon request. 

  • Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).

  • For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. In the case if tax not paid within the stipulated period , goods will be forfeited and destroyed by customs department which is not under our control.

HOW LONG DOES IT NORMALLY TAKES TO SHIP OUT ITEMS AFTER PAYMENT IS DONE?

Olio Folio process your order within 24 hours and will ship all ready-stock within the next 24 hours. (Do note that actual delivery only starts on a working day.) This will apply for ready stock. Preorder items usually takes at least 20 days before it can be shipped out.

*Please note the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties

DELIVERY CHARGES:

West Malaysia Postage is at at flat fee of RM 8

East Malaysia Postage is at a flat fee of RM 15

International Postage: All shipping charges will be calculated automatically when your check out based on the order amount.

BOUNCED PARCELS

  • Customers will be contacted via email should we receive any bounced parcels bearing their name.

  • Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. Olio Folio will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.

  • Olio Folio reserves the right to deny any request to combine the bounced back parcels with any new orders.

  • Any unclaimed bounced back parcels after 30 days grace period will be forfeited.

PRE-ORDERS

Preorders [PO] are opened for sold out or exclusive items until slots are being filled. No emails will be sent for such updates unless otherwise stated. Delivery time frame will differ for different products.

We apologize that there may be delayed or cancelled pre-orders due to unforeseen circumstances. For delayed pre-orders, cancellations of orders are not applicable. We seek your understanding that there is always a remote possibility that sometimes shipments can be delayed due to external factors not within our control. Please do consider these potential delays if you need your order to reach you by certain dates. For cancelled pre-orders (cancellation can be only from us), a rebate voucher
 will be issued accordingly . There will strictly not be any cash refunds. Do join pre-orders only if you are alright with this.

Slight colour discrepancy for the pre-order items and in-stock items may be present.

Orders are shipped out according by order numbers, no combination of orders are allowed. In-stock items will be kept aside and shipped together when the pre-order items arrive.

Back Orders

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

RETURNS POLICY

Please email shopoliofolio@gmail.com with the subject title: REQUEST FOR RETURNS - stating your order number, return item and reason for the return to check if your item is valid for return. You are required to seek for our confirmation prior to returning your order. Returns & Exchanges requests must be made within 8 days upon the dispatch of your item. We will assess your return inquiry and get back to you. We reserve the rights to reject any Returns/Exchanges after the 8 days grace period.

 

All returns are to be sent back with the filled Return Form print-out and a clear copy of your invoice slip. We reserve the rights to reject any returns with no Return Form and invoice slip enclosed, no confirmation of returns or does not meet the returns requirement. Unless the item is defective, all other postage will be borne by your good self including for the postage for the next shipment. 

Orders made during promotional period or with promotional codes, sale items, accessories, bags and shoes, are not allowed for returns.

All returns must be mailed back in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, unaltered with all tags intact via traceable mode of posting (registered post/ courier). It must reach us within 5 days for local orders or 12 days for international orders, from the date of dispatch of your parcel. We are not be liable for lost returns that are not mailed back via a trackable source. The return will not be valid if we do not receive your parcel. Full refund will only be valid after we receive the return goods in its original condition.


EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note that we do not accept exchange of size or item to a different design.

All items sold/reserved/confirmed/paid are not exchangeable nor refundable, unless the wrong item or size is delivered by us.

We regret that we do not accept exchanges due to wrong size chosen by you, or when the item is not to your liking.


INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEM

We are committed to provide you with quality products. However, in the case of any defects or wrong items being sent to you, we would be glad to do an exchange or refund. In this case, we will be responsible for the subsequent posting fee involved.

In case of item defects, kindly email us at shopoliofolio@gmail.com within 5 working days of receiving the item(s) with your order number and snapshots of the defect area clearly. We'll advice you on the procedure for your return.

If the defected item is still in stock, a replacement piece will be sent out after we receive the defective item piece. In the event whereby the defected item is out of stock, the refund will only be done if the item is being returned back to us.

All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed, unaltered and unworn with the tag intact should it come with it. Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined. All items are not to be soaked. If color runs due to this reason, item/s is strictly not returnable.

 

 

OTHER CONDITIONS NOT VALID FOR RETURNS:

Measurements stated may vary 0.5"-0.8" as items are mass produced ( not custom made to fit ).

​

The UK and US conversion size chart is only an approximate guide, you should always refer to the actual product measurement.

Please refer to the accompanying measurements carefully, instead of relying only on standard sizes of XS, S, M, L, etc because products come in batches and different designs. For example, size S of this design may not necessary be the same as size S of another design. 

​

Colors shown may deviate slightly on different screens as different tech devices have different colour resolutions. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences to the human eye (and under different lighting). In the cases above, no refunds/exchanges will be made.

For items with light colored base, there may be slight small black dots which are not obvious. For small nondestructive defects like this, which does not change the overall appearance of the item, it will not be considered a defect.

 

Minor imperfections like loose threads, crease lines or slightly loose buttons that can be secured are not considered a defect.

Customers subjective opinion and expectation on product quality and fit issues are not considered a defect.

​

* The return parcel is under customers' responsibility and Olio Folio is not liable for any any lost return parcel/ additional taxes incurred for return parcels.

REFUND POLICY

We will refund you without additional compensation when

  1. our item is out of stock after payment has been made by you - regardless of whether it is ready stock or pre-order item, and regardless of the period of time that has passed from the time payment is made.

  2. The replacement for your returned item is out of stock.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • We seek your understanding that sometimes certain products (ready stock and pre-order items) may be out of stock even if they are indicated as available in our webpage. This is because we have multiple sales channels (Facebook and Instagram) and stock inventory is updated manually. This could be due to technical issue or human input error/delay or any other reasons. Hence, sometimes you might find the product you have paid for is out of stock and in this case we will refund you accordingly, without any additional compensation.

  • We will only process your order after payment has been made by you.

  • Payment must be made within 24 hours of a confirmed booking, or we reserve the right to cancel the order without giving any advance notice to you.

  • Pre-order items are estimated to reach in approximately 20 working days. We seek your understanding that there is always a remote possibility that sometimes shipments can be delayed due to external factors not within our control.

  • We shall not be held responsible if users develop any bodily reaction to any of our products. Customers with sensitive skin, for example, are advised to check with their doctor before purchasing. 

  • Please note that due to limitations in photography and the inevitable differences in monitor/mobile phone/gadget display, the colors and appearance shown in the photographs may not be exactly 100% identical to those of the actual items.

  • Please refer to the accompanying measurements carefully. Due to the inherent manufacturing constraints in different product batches, there may be deviations of up to 4cm which are not to be considered as defects.

  • Minor defects that do not affect how the products look or function when used are not considered defects, and no return/refund will be entertained in this case.

  • Do not bleach or soak your new clothes or wash them together with clothes of lighter colours to avoid any colour transfer - we will not be held responsible if this happens.

Returns and Exchange

PRODUCT CARE

​

  • You are advised to hand wash all Olio Folio apparels (individually) without soaking for the first few washes as colour transfer may occur. All our items has either been washed or dyed. Therefore it may be slightly different for the same item  of colour, shape and size.

  • Please kindly note that the colour of the item will fade gradually and naturally after being washed. In order to maintain the original appearance, treating the product with care and limit to bleach / strong washing detergents are advised.

  • Please iron on reverse side of the apparel. Low to Medium heat ironing is encouraged for all products. We would encourage steaming or ironing them using indirect heat (by placing a fabric/cloth between the item and iron).
